எந்தையின் சுடரை
அவர் பெண்மைத் தலையிலிருந்து
பிடுங்கி எடுத்து,
கொண்டு வருகிறேன்
இந்த உடலற்ற நெருப்பை.

எரி-கண்கள் கொண்ட பெண்ணவள்
இந்த நகரை
போலித்தனங்களிலிருந்து
பொலிவுற செய்யட்டும்.

கனன்று கொண்டிருக்கும் இத் தலை
கொடுக்கட்டும் எல்லா கதகதப்பும்
வேறெதுவும் மறைக்கப்பட வேண்டியதில்லை

கொண்டு வருகிறேன்,
பலாஸ் அதினாவை
இந்த மைதானத்திற்கு.
